Mollie Millington is an American born, London based personal trainer, fitness writer, and health coach.

She's qualified as a Personal Trainer, Spinning and Power Plate instructor, and is a UK Athletics qualified Running in Fitness Coach. Mollie is also qualified to teach the TRX and Kettlebell but hasn't yet had the pleasure aside from cover.

Mollie loves spinning and taught it at a gym at Michigan State University, USA. Lots of the students would ask her other questions about physical training so she thought she'd better get certified! Luckily they offered the course on campus.

Most of her London friends she has met through some form of exercise, such as running and spinning, and also through fitness blogging. Mollie loves active people as they always seem up for an adventure and trying something new.

What's next for Mollie Millington

Never one for standing still (she's currently training for a marathon!), Mollie loves taking part in triathlons and yoga, but never seems to find the time. She is interested in becoming qualified in both simply so she's got an excuse to do take part more.
